Chelsea Dozier

Co-Founder | Director of Operations

As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Titus Collective, I am passionate about walking alongside families as they pursue a Christ-centered education. With a background in education, I started in the public school setting, teaching high school sciences and coaching women's soccer. Not long after my first child was born, the Lord put a calling on my life to build a solid, spiritual foundation in my kids' lives. Going into my sixth year of homeschooling, I understand the unique joys and hurdles of this journey and am also very familiar with the public school system. I believe that a strong, biblical community is one of the greatest weapons for a successful homeschool experience. Because of this, I am dedicated to creating a space where mothers feel encouraged to grow spiritually so they feel confident to lay strong foundations for their children.

Outside of the homeschool life, I enjoy being outside playing in my garden, raising chickens, getting creative in some sort of art project, playing sports with my kids, or enjoying God's creation in the duck blind, ground blind, or with a fishing pole in hand.

Tiffiney Love

Co-Founder | Director of Culture

As Co-Founder and Director of Culture at Titus Collective, my heart is to build a Christ-centered community that encourages and equips others to live with purpose. I’m passionate about fostering genuine connection and creating a culture that supports growth in every season of life. With over six years of homeschooling through a Charlotte Mason approach, I bring a thoughtful, relationship-centered perspective. I am currently guiding a daughter through her final high school years while also raising a first and a fifth grader.

When I’m not homeschooling, you’ll likely find me creating in some way, whether painting, embroidering, or needlepointing, reading, hiking trails with my kids, or traveling with my family. I love creating beautiful things and spending time in nature.

Ashley Todd

Treasurer

I’m a homeschool mom who left the corporate world to stay home with my babies and never looked back. We started our journey in a hybrid homeschool model in 2020 before transitioning to full time homeschool in 2023.

I’m a proud spreadsheet and checklist nerd, so I’ve structured our homeschool with clear routines, organization and planning - while still keeping it gentle and flexible. I’m passionate about giving my kids a childhood that feels unhurried, filled with imagination, play and the freedom to deeply explore their unique interests.

One of the things I love most about homeschooling is the beautiful balance it provides: a solid, well-planned education paired with the flexibility to run a business from home and enjoy a more intentional family life. Homeschooling has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, and I’m thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to learning, growing, and encouraging one another!

My journey in education began in the public school system, where I taught elementary education for several years. As the time for my own children to start school approached, I found myself questioning the systems and expectations that would be set before them. Prayerfully, I began seeking ways to intentionally honor the Lord through the education of my children.

My boys are adventurous, curious, and very energetic. As a family, we needed the opportunity to nurture their love of learning with their need to wiggle and run. My background in education has given me a passion for helping children lean into learning, while homeschooling has deepened my appreciation for discipleship, family, and community. The best part of homeschooling is the community I get to share it with. We enjoy having villagers who seek learning as a life experience.

Outside of homeschooling, our family enjoys farming, camping, and spending time outdoors together. We love exploring God's creation, learning through hands-on experiences, and making memories as a family. Whether we're working on the farm or gathered around a campfire, every moment reminds us of God's faithfulness in our lives.
